You will be picked up from your hotel ( Negombo or Katunayake area) by our chauffeur guide at 08:00 am and proceed to Colombo city through Colombo-Katunayake expressway.Commence the day tour at Colombo city by visiting Gangaramaya temple which was established 120 years ago and Seema Malakaya which was built according to a design of Geoffray Bawa.
Then move to National Museum Colombo the largest museum in the country which you will experience in all the important historical memories of Sri Lanka.
Thereafter you will be taken to see BMICH (Bandaranayake Memorial Conference Hall) and then to Independence square which was built for commemoration of the independence of Sri Lanka from British.
After that enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. (Your expense).
Then proceed to shopping with a wide range of offerings, is known for good quality products at very attractive pricing. ODEL, Cotton Collection, Lakmedura and Paradise Road are some of the popular to visit.
