Your new local friend will take care of everything, just enjoy the ride!
From Porto, your first destination in the Douro Valley is Pinhao, a picture perfect town and a wonderful wine hotspot. The ride from Porto to Pinhao is considered one of the most scenic roads in the world, so keep your eyes open to take in the breathtaking view! Once at Pinhao, jump into a rabelo boat and sail through the Douro river to enjoy the view of the local wineries & terraces. Enjoy a delicious lunch break at a restaurant recommended by your favorite local.
Move to Quinta do Infantado for a wine experience you will truly enjoy. This manor house is a family owned business that serves outstanding wines. This winery is attached to its traditional roots and the history behind it it’s equally interesting as its wine. Enjoy a unique wine tasting of the best wines in this region and of course, enjoy the view this place has as a background.
