Although our guide was friendly and informative, we're upset that we had to pay extra to ride the boat in Aveiro and visit the library in Coimbra. I showed the guide the viator webpage saying the only exclusion was lunch. She tried very hard to argue with her boss at the tour company to no avail. It was an extra 40 Euros and it makes the tour very pricey. She felt very badly .We offered to split it and not complain to Viator but her boss refused.Poor start to touring in Portugalband IvwouI wou recommend using this tour operator m
