    After you've been picked up from your hotel, enjoy a scenic drive through the picturesque countryside. On the way, hear about the culture and traditions of this side of the country. Depending on the weather conditions, your experience takes place in either Ger□z National Park or Arouca Geopark, which are both incredibly stunning.
    Start with a safety briefing as you gear up and then navigate your way through a series of narrow passages and streams. Once atop the canyon, admire the beautiful scenery and the cascades plunging into pools. Rappel down waterfalls and take a swim in the refreshing water below.
    Continue discovering the site and perhaps dare to jump from various points up to 40 feet (12 m) from the water level. At the end, reward yourself with a delicious picnic while talking about the great day you just had.

    Excellent trip! Second time have gone canyoning first time in Australia, in the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney.

    Several suggestions:
    1 rent the boots, don't recommend using your own shoes.
    2 would've like to see a few more suggestions in terms of what to expect/bring. For instance, it would be helpful to have in the description to bring sunscreen and a towel to dry. Also, would've been helpful to tell that lunch is at the end of the trip which we ate around 3:30p - would've been easier to plan the day and breakfast. Also, would've been good to recommend bringing a waterproof camera or go-pro
    3 In the Australia trip for canyoning, the guide did take some pictures and gave them to us, which was really cool. Although not critical, the guide could've taken some pics as he had the best vantage point on some of them eg the first waterfall.

    Regardless, highly recommend it. You don't need any experience, and they make it very easy.
