Your personalized day trip starts with pickup at your hotel lobby in the morning. Depart for the heart of Malacca City and your first landmark: Stadthuys. Explore this well-preserved building dating back to 17th-century Dutch traders. Then take in a panoramic view of the city and surroundings from the top of St. Paul’s Hill, site of St. Paul's Church.
After a break for lunch (own expense), follow our guide on foot down Jonker Street in Chinatown. You'll find many antique shops, clothing and craft outlets, and restaurants where you can taste authentic Malacca desserts such as chendol, shaved ice mixed with coconut milk, palm sugar, red beans, and green jelly.
Visit the fortress of A Famosa, considered among the oldest surviving European architectural remains in Southeast Asia. Your guide also makes a stop at Cheng Hoon Teng, a Chinese temple that incorporates elements of Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism.

This tour actually was kind boring. Yes, it is full of cultural information, Ganesh was our driver, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about Malacca, but I expected more. The tour is about 3 hours and we spent 4hrs in the car :/
Also there were a lot of places that were a must to see but didn’t. -
Segar was our tour guide and was fantastic! He was very knowledgable and friendly. Segar was professional at all times and provided a terrific day for us! Highly recommend.

The malacca trip was a long one but enjoyed it with the help of Ganesh, our driver/tour guide. He knows the history of Malacca well and we learned a lot fom him.
One more thing he drove us to Putrajaya on our way for some photo shoots even it is not included in our itinerary. It was a good thing coz my sis-in-law has been telling me to visit the place but we got no more time since it was our last day, so thru Ganesh -wish was granted. -
Our day trip to Malaca could not have gone any smoother. The guide picked us up right on time in a brand new private car for just the three of us. Ganesh was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about Malaca and Malaysia overall. It was a pleasure listening to him and he did not mind answering all the questions we had. Malaca itself is a cute little town and I wish we had more time to explore. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely use the same agency again and try to get Ganesh as out guide.

We enjoyed this all day private tour to Malacca. Hotel pick-up was on time in a small sedan. Drive to Malacca took two hours, enjoyed seeing the countryside on the drive. Visited many historic sites, including old Portuguese settlement area, Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, St Pauls Church, Kampung Kling Mosque and Sri Poyyatha Vinayagar Moorthi Temple. Lunch was on our own, we only wish we had more time to wander around Jonker Street and the Stadthuys area. Guide was informative and provided great commentary. Tour was taken April 3, 2017.
