Make your way to a snug house located in the coastal town of Chigasaki, and be greeted by your organic-food-loving instructor, who will then take you to her kitchen where you will be making a delicious organic Japanese lunch.
The standard menu will include, sushi rolls, miso soup, and oboro tofu(half-curdled tofu with an extra delicate texture). Have fun making healthy Japanese food, and bring these recipes back home to add to your daily repertoire. While finishing up, the instructor who has a rich artistic background will give you some nice tips on how to present food on plates beautifully.
After enjoying the tasty lunch you prepared yourself, you'll change into a stunning kimono. Once you are dressed, let's start off a 1-hour authentic tea ceremony experience. Take time and appreciate the beauty of Japanese culture and engage in a fun conversation over delicious matcha green tea, before ending the experience.行程概要出發地點
