It was great to have someone there to pick us up from the cruise terminal to take us to our hotel. The only downside was that he did not speak English so we were unable to converse with him. As this was our first visit to Toyko we were excited to see and wanted to learn things about the area.

The driver was waiting for us. We arrive at the hotel is less than an hour. He help us with loading and unloading of our luggage. Excellent service.

The transfer went perfectly. Our driver Hattori was waiting right outside the customs exit holding a sign with our name on it. He helped us with our luggage and escorted us a short distance to his large, comfortable van. Excellent driving to our hotel in downtown Tokyo.
-
Went very well, altho we had to hunt around for the driver since he wasnt quite where we expected hm to be in the arrival area. He was very helpful though and the trip to our hotel was fine.
