This tour is the best option for those who want to know more about sake, especially how to make it. Starting at Hida-Hagiwara station, you will leisurely walk to the sake brewery while a guide explaining about the history of the town. The sake brewery you will visit is Tenryo Sake Brewery, which has a history of over 300 years to make sake and one of the oldest sake brewery in Hida region. Once you get there, you will learn the origin of sake and the history of the sake brewery. Then, the sake brewer will take you to inside of sake brewery to show how to make sake step by step at each point. In addition, the tour still does not end. You will taste 5 or more different kinds of premium sake, depending on the season. Through the 1.5 hour experience, you will deeply understand sake brewing process and fully enjoy tasting high-quality sake.
