Starting at 14.00 with a pick-up in Seminyak or Ubud (when subscribed), you will visit a traditional market in Tabanan Regency. Back to our urban farm, you will inspect our garden and start a cooking class with Will Meyrick himself or one of our Head Chefs. You will learn how to cook selected from the provinces of Indonesia that Chef Will has explored so far (Aceh, Medan, Padang, Bandung, Manado, Jogyakarta or Bali). All the menus contain signature dishes from each province or region that are typical and readily available to both locals and visitors.
You will learn how to cook 6 dishes (5 mains and 1 dessert), like the world famous Beef Rendang from Padang, or the mouthwatering spicy traditional Ayam Betutu from Bali.
