Starting at McLeod Ganj, fondly called “Little Lhasa”, this four to five hour hike to Bhated River passes through Dharamkot and Galu Temple. Led by an expert mountain guide, the first location the group will hike to will be Dharamkot, a mere two kilometers from Mcleodganj. Dharamkot is a small village inhabited by local people of Gaddi tribe. Hikers enjoy a gentle and gradual walk from Mcleodganj to this famous village with dense pine and deodar forests.
As you cross Dharamkot and reach at a height of 2130 meters, you will find yourself in a ridge covered with high trees and hills. Here, stands the sacred Galu Devi Temple. The group pauses to have a short break before continuing onwards. Packed lunches which include traditional vegetarian meals can be had here.
This short hike ends at the banks of River Bhated, located in the village of Bahl. Fed by snow, its water is cold and crystal clear. This enchanting place is surrounded by dense forests of cedar, oak and other varieties of trees.This short hike in Himachal, with its scenic views and beautiful mixed forests along the trail, offers a refreshing experience.行程概要出發地點

Confirmation will be received at time of booking For travel to Mcleod ganj and back, one can choose between air, rail & road. For air travel, the closest airport is the Gaggal DHM, also known as Kangra Airport, or Dharamsala Airport and is well connected to Delhi and other parts of the country. There are frequent Public Transport buses including Volvos available from Delhi to Mcleodganj that cost about INR 550 - 900 per person. These buses depart from Majnu ka Tilla every 30 mins or so and take about 12 hrs to cover the distance. The same is also applicable on the return journey. A private vehicle could also be arranged for if you require the same.費用說明費用包括
