You will experience a private day trip with a focus on Berlin's and Germany's history including,Third Reich, Cold War and Berlin Wall. This tour also includes a comprehensive visit of all Berlin highlights, a lunch break, a visit to a museum or time for shopping if you like.
You will meet your experienced driver with an air-conditioned minivan at your ship in Warnem□nde. After your 2,5 hour ride to Berlin you will meet your private guide, who will also be able to customize the tour to your interests. After an about 6 hour sightseeing tour in Berlin your driver will bring you back to your ship. The total tour lasts about 12 hours. To have ample time in case of traffic congestion's or similar the time between the arrival and the departure of your ship should be not less than 14 hours.
This tour covers all the main sights of Berlin with an emphasis on its turbulent history in the 20th century. Depending on your interests we will visit the site of Hitler's bunker, the documentary center "Topography of Terror" on the ruins of the Gestapo & SS headquarter, the former Reichs Air Defence Ministry and the Holocaust Memorial.
To name a few possible visits for the Cold War era, this tour may cover a visit at the Berlin Wall Documentation Center, Checkpoint Charlie, a Soviet war memorial and the East-Side-Gallery.
This tour also includes all the main sights of Berlin like the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag building, Victory Column, Unter den Linden, Gendarmenmarkt and Unter den Linden.行程概要出發地點

Great tour for those with an option instead of the cruise line tours. We got to see all fo many of the local sites and attractions as we strolled the streets of the rejoined Berlin. Axel,our guide,was very knowledgeable and even recommended a great locals restaurant that was excellent with very moderate pricing.
