Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument in Wiltshire, England, two miles west of Amesbury. It consists of a ring of standing stones, with each standing stone around 13 feet high, seven feet wide and weighing around 25 tons.

The Jane Austen Centre at 40 Gay Street is a permanent exhibition which tells the story of her Bath experience the effect that visiting and living in the city had on her and her writing. This small museum packs a big punch chronicling the life and times of the famous writer, Jane Austen, plus Regency tearoom.

The benefit of this tour is that it allows you to see Stonehenge, which is difficult to get to, and for most people would not be a full day trip on its own. If your main goal is to see Bath, then you'd be better off taking a train and spending the full day there. It was nice to have all of the transportation details worked out for us, but it took a long time to get there and back. We were delayed by late passengers which should not be allowed ... I don't know why the bus doesn't just leave whether everyone is there or not!, and because we had to stop on the outskirts of London for other passengers. We came from the Bayswater area and it took four hours to get home. The guide was very nice, but did not provide much information.
