After pick you up in Ciutadella by bus, our driver will drop you off in Cala Galdana where you will stop in the upper area near the viewpoint of Sa Punta.
Today’s walk covers the “Barrancos Route” as this stretch of the Cam□ de Cavalls is popularly known, where the most important ravines of the island are found (Algendar, Trebal□ger, Sa Cova and Binigaus). It presents one of the most diverse and interesting natural landscapes of the island of Menorca with aquatic vegetation and wetlands.
The path crosses Cala Mitjana, one of the most famous virgin beaches of Menorca and then leaving the coast it continues into a wooded area of the interior.
Continuing on the route traced by the Cam□ de Cavalls you reach the beautiful beach of Binigaus just at the point that the cliffs give way to the coast to end up in the Santo Tom□s urbanization.
This route includes 2 alternatives to the hike route traced by Cam□ de Cavalls:
- You can walk the entire coastline, without entering the wooded area, discovering three beautiful and unspoiled inlets of Trebal□ger, Fustam and Escorxada .
- On the beach of Binigaus you can go to the interior of the ravine and visit the impressive Cova des Coloms known as the “Cathedral” due to its considerable size and then walk along a rural road that accesses the Talayotic town of San Agust□, which houses one of the wonders of Minorcan archeology, to end up in the village of Es Migjorn Gran, located in the heart of the island.
The minibus will pick up the participants in the urbanization of Santo Tom□s or in Es Migjorn Gran back to Ciutadella.行程概要出發地點
