Trieste-style goulash is not the sort of soup common in Hungary, it's a rich beef stew with onions and a hint of paprika and herbs (and it's not hot, unless you like it). Trieste-style goulash is a single course, usually served with polenta.
It takes more or less four hours to prepare a delicious Trieste-style goulash, as it has to cook slowly.
You'll find all the needed ingredients that you need to prepare it: you can cook it with your own two hands or look at what your local chef do, taking pictures and video at any time.
