產品介紹
One of the finest of all 'Made in Italy' food products originating from Emilia Romagna is traditional balsamic vinegar from the Modena and Parma area, made only from the Trebbiano grape vine, and this tour will take you behind-the-scenes of one of the region's most prestigious factories.
After meeting your guide, start your visit with a walking tour of the splendid 40-acre estate, visiting the vineyards and seeing where the vinegar is produced, aged and preserved. Finish your tour with a tasting of 3 traditional balsamic vinegars which are 15, 22 and 28 years old, combined with local delicacies.行程概要出發地點
