Explore the gorgeous Tuscany hills, strolling among the rows of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. You will have
an experience for all your senses with the grapes that grow in the vineyards, observing, smelling, touching, listening to the sounds of nature, and finishing the tour in our cellar. We'll teach you all secrets of wine making.

This is an example of what Giulia can make you experience:
- Tasting of our oil with homemade bruschetta and focaccia
- Chilled cucumber soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and breadsticks
- Baked eggplant with confit tomatoes, peaches and fresh ricotta cheese, spice reduction of wine
- Chocolate gnocchi with marjoram on zucchini pesto with hazelnuts and aged pecorino cheese under ashes
- Puff pastry with cream and fruit, lemon zest and wild mint
The lunch will open with the tasting of our extra virgin olive oil on a slice of homemade bread of our production, followed by an amuse bouche, accompanied by white wine Ombra. Fresh, spicy and fruity, this morsel will start you to discover Tuscany, its flavors and aromas. Going on, you will meet the appetizer, which you will taste with the Rosso di Montepulciano, Rossodisera. Although preserving aspects of Tuscan cuisine, in this dish you will find the influences of a more Mediterranean and fusion cuisine, with ingredients and combinations sometimes unusual. The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Burberosso will allow us to introduce you to the first course, the main dish. Intense and robust, Burberosso blends perfectly with the typical Tuscan ingredients, rich in flavor and organoleptic properties, such as semi-aged pecorino cheese, Cinta Senese or Chianina. The fat part of these foods goes perfectly with the tannins of the Vino Nobile, creating a harmonious combination. Finally, the dessert will be the right conclusion to a sensory journey made of food, stories and perfumes.
