Meet our staff in Montacatini and with a shuttle you’ll reach the tour departure place in Florence, upon arrival the tour will start. A day amid art, culture, wine and delicious food. Do you fancy an unforgettable experience in the most impressive places in Tuscany? Join us and visit wonderful cities, taste the best wines, cheeses and typical products in one single day.
The tour begins with a visit of a cellar in Montalcino where you will taste a sampling of wines produced with a delicious snack consisting of local products. In the afternoon, one of our brilliant tour leaders will show you around Montalcino, where you will visit the typical village and its fortress. Then you will visit Pienza and Montepulciano, two artistic jewels, representing the landscape of Val d’Orcia.
Pienza is a perfect combination of architectural beauty and harmony. Most of the numerous lanes bearing impressive names overlook the breathtaking landscape of Val d’Orcia. Unique tastes, smells and flavours support this natural and artistic heritage. Pienza’s most renowned tradition is in fact the typical Pecorino cheese. The tour ends with the visit to Montepulciano where the stateliness of its Renaissance buildings and the refined beauty of its churches intertwined with the ancient tradition of its wine, Nobile di Montepulciano, symbol of the city as well as delight of your palate. You will taste it in a local winery.
After the tour will take you back to Florence and at 9:00 pm there is our shuttle service to go back to Montecatini.行程概要出發地點

Awesome day tour with Mara. Wineries and places were nice. It would have been better to spend less time in the Brunello winery because the guide wasn’t great and definitely was not focusing on wine.

It is value for $ providing an introduction to the region. Although fast paced and a long day, the wineries were fantastic!

Had a great day touring the region and learning about Tuscany. The first wine tour was so fun, organized and enlightening. Walking the little towns was interesting. The last wine tour was hasty with no ambiance or learning.

loved the visit to abbadia ardenga winery. the group was larger than we had anticipated so if you prefer a smaller more personal experience this might not be for you. -
You will be treated fanastically by MyTours on this trip. The pickup at Plaza Italia was a bit confusing, but a quick phone call to the company matched us up with our driver and we we off to Florence where we joined the rest of the group at S.M.N. and got on a small bus. Valentina was our guide and you will be very well educated if you are lucky enough to have her! First stop was the Brunello winery. Very, very good wine. Nice snacks fresh bread with ham. Very reasonable prices. Next we stopped for a little over an hour on our own in Montelcino. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at le Potaxxine Gorelli right at the top of the hill. Then made our way back to the bus. Next stop was Pienza. Fabulous views. Fantastic little town. Great gelato. Next was Montepulciano. While the town itself it a great visit, we did not care for the wine visit. This wine tasting is just that, a taste. In a plastic shot glass. Not a great experience. However, the museum below this place was fantastic, again, Valentina explaining the old ways and seeing all the Etrusian artifacts.
An incredibly long day, but you get to see so much in it. Well worth the money, in fact a bargain! I,would highly recommend this tour!!! -

The tour was great. The family owned winery tour and tasting was the best part of the day. I also enjoyed the stops in small towns and the countryside of Tuscany. Our guide did a great job as did the bus driver.
The only problem was that my driver never showed at the time I was instructed to be waiting. I needed to catch a last minute train to Florence if I was going to make the tour. Be careful, have a backup plan if needing a ride to Florence to meet the tour. -
This was an amazing tour.....the guide was so knowledgeable that it just added an extra layer to the tour. Loved the family owned winery we visited.....the owner and staff treated us like we were family! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone hoping to see some smaller Italian towns and countryside.
