Start the bus tour from your pickup point in the morning. The tour guide who will explain the itinerary, what you'll do on the day and why the Dolomites Mountains are so well known and admired. There will be a short morning stop in the towns of Moena or Cavalese (it will depend on several factors, such as time and weather). These are typical towns where you can enjoy browsing through the many windows of different shops of local products, clothes or craft shops and enjoy a good cup of hot chocolate. After the short visit, the excursion will continue.
Arrive at an altitude of approximately 7300 feet (2240m) to Pordoi pass where the most important summit can be admired. From here you will be able to see the famous Marmolada, Sella and Catinaccio summits. There will be free time for lunch and for taking some pictures of this awesome place.
In the afternoon the bus will stop at a typical resort in the town of Ortisei, well known for wood carvings. This mountain village is known throughout world by ski lovers for its beautiful wood buildings, church and shops. A nice occasion to buy a souvenir from the Dolomites.
After the excursion, return by bus to the starting point. The itinerary may vary depending on the weather forecast and the traffic.行程概要出發地點

This tour was one of the best days of our vacation. Well organised trip with comfort stops and amazing views of Dolomites. The coffee stop in the morning was exactly what we needed because we missed breakfast at the hotel. We definitely recommend this tour!! It is a must if you stay around the Garda lake : In July it is warm even in the mountains - you will be ok with shorts and jacket.

Quite well, despite of the traffic jam that we found on our way back to Lake Garda and the fact that the guide, who was most informative, almost did not realise us -maybe because the tour was in English and German and my partner can only speak Italian-.
Too little time at the Dolomites to have lunch and the stop at the nearby village to use the restrooms was too long and unnecessary, the village itself was not very impressive, I would have loved to spend more time at the mountains or simply, make the trip shorter.

to provide complimentary tea or coffee with cake or so. -
This tour was amazing. Surpassed all expectations, the scenery was breath taking, the drive up the different passes was unreal, I had been afraid the windy roads may have made me anxious but the driving was great and I never once felt anxious.
Definitely take the cable car to the top of the mountain, you will not be disappointed, I was not prepared for what I seen and experienced. It was truly spiritual and really hard to put into words.
Our tour guide Franscesco was brilliant, really funny and relaxed. the Dolomites tour was the absolute highlight of our week in Malcesine, and even thought it was a full day it wasn't exhausting as there was so much to see during the drive.

We had a wonderful tour getting out into the Dolomites! In addition to stopping in a couple cute towns, we actually had a brief option of going up in a cable car into the mountains and walking around before lunch at the Rifugio. This was optional, but we took it. We went in June and it sure was cold! Still snow at the level we visited. I wish I had dressed better because we changed temperature so many times that day, from starting at lake level to moving and walking around at higher altitudes. But all in all, a wonderful day! So scenic and our guide was very informational.

I wasn't sure this trip was for me, my sister in law was keen, so I went along - but turned out to be highlight of holiday, was brilliant, guide was great, and bus driver deserved 10 stars - road unbelievable- hightly recommend

Fantastic guide. Excellent weather. Fantastic views of mountains and Austrian villages. Knowledgeable guide and very very funny. Great day. This was our 4th time and will go again next year.

We are independent travelers and rarely do tours of any kind. When we have done tours, they have either been mini 8-person tours or we have hired a personal driver to get us to places not easily accessible by public transportation. So we were a little reluctant to book a big bus tour, but it was the only option available from our home base of Salo on Lake Garda to visit the Dolomites.
Well I must say we had a wonderful day. We had an excellent driver and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Our guide grew up in the area and filled our drive to the mountains with lots of information and interesting facts. We stopped for a short coffee break in the morning and for a few photo opportunities along the way. Once in the mountains, we had plenty of time to take the gondola to the mountain peak which was breathtakingly beautiful and to enjoy a little lunch. On the way back we stopped at the charming, picturesque town of Ortisei.
It was a very long day with lots of driving, which we expected, but the scenery was so beautiful that the time passed quickly. It would have been nice to perhaps stop in another town to walk around and stretch our legs, but with the distance covered we understood there just wasn't enough time. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the Dolomites from Lake Garda. Even if you have a rental car, I would choose the bus with an experienced driver over trying to maneuver some of those roads and tunnels on your own. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the length of time, the transportation and the guide.

Tour Guide was very enthusiastic but wasn't always clear about arrangements at each stop. Could have been more informative about the history of the area. -
We enjoyed our day-long trip to The Dolomites. The scenery is amazing and we were lucky the weather favoured us to fully appreciate this beauty spot. The bus journey was very comfortable and the driver very courteous and obliging. Anna, our guide was both informed and informative. Certainly worth the early start!
