Broletto is a medieval building with some Gothic elements. It used to be Como municipal building, starting from XIII century. We have been very pleased with Viator tours BUT this tour is very overpriced, and does not match the description.
First the guides English was poor. The walking tour consisted of mostly three churches. Some points of interest
We're closed, which the guide,seemed unaware of. There was no discussion of food as mentioned in the description.
At the end we were dropped off at a restaurant were we were served a nice plate of appetizers, choice of drinks.
But the guide left us. We could have walked around them main chruch and the city center had lunch at a five star
Hotel for half the price. Would ask for our money or a credit back but going to my bookings does not seem to offer that option.
