The workshop will be guided in English, by an experienced wine and food teacher, with the support of an enjoyable presentation.
You will be invited to get involved in the workshop, performing your sensory analysis of some products.
This experience will teach you rules and tricks to identify the true quality of the food. As a result, you will be able to defend yourself from “fake gourmet,” and you will fall in love with real excellence!
Anyone can join our workshops, no special preparation or ability is required.
This gourmet workshop includes:
- 2 kinds of Tuscan Salami
- 1 “Finocchiona”
- 2 kinds of aged Pecorino Cheese
- 2 kinds of Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 glass of Tuscan Red Wine
