    Upon arrival at Palermo Airport (PMO), simply go to the arrival hall and there will be your driver waiting for you. Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, or a minivan, for up to six passengers. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you will be driven straight to your Palermo hotel, residence or b&b.
    When making a booking for this private arrival transfer from the Palermo or Trapani airport to your Palermo accommodation, you will need to advise your flight details and your Palermo hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or six per minivan.

    Well its was a disaster. No one to meet us at the airport. Good thing I had a cell plan before I left for I would not have been able to contact anyone. When I called the gentleman said he had no one to pick up at the airport today. I said I had my voucher in my hand and how come they were not there to pick us up. He said he would check and call me back. He did call promptly and told me someone had called and that it was cancelled. This was not true. He did send someone to pick us up eventually but what a start to a trip. The driver was very nice though and was vague when I asked what happened. If Viator hires DAY TOUR SICILY to represent them, make sure they are worthy.

    Driver at baggage claim with my name on a placard, helped with luggage, and helped another couple on my tour also. Very skilled driver, will use again
