Learn to cook like a Roman and get hands-on help preparing your own lunch or dinner from a friendly and passionate professional chef. Enter the home of your cook and teacher, Milva, located in one of the most authentic Roman districts. Along with her sous chef and her husband, she has prepared a refined menu of Roman recipes using fresh produce and raw materials from Lazio.
You will start the lesson by preparing the dough for "fettuccine," a type of pasta popular in Roman cuisine. It is a flat thick pasta made of egg and flour. Then, you will roll it out and prepare the dressing with some special advice from the chef.
Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dishes along with the chef. You will also learn to combine local recipes with fine Italian wine, which of course, you will taste.
