產品介紹
Meet your driver at a centrally located place in Arles in the morning. Board your private vehicle and take the road towards Saint Gilles du Gard village, a famous stop for the pilgrims of Saint-Jacques of Compostelle, due to its abbey, a masterwork of Romanesque sculpture style, listed at the UNESCO.
Then, you will reach the village of Les Saintes-Maries de la Mer located on the sea-shore, renown for its massive fortified church sheltering the reliquary containing the relics of St Sara. In summer time, there is the possibility to spend some relaxing time on the beach and take a refreshing bath in the Mediterranean sea.
Finally, go to the fascinating medieval city of Aigues-Mortes, with its crenelated wall with 5 towers and 10 fortified gates. It is considered as the purest example of 13th-century military architecture. At the exit of the city stretch 10,000ha / 24700ac of salt marshes. Discover how salt is harvested by the "j saunier "k, the salt worker, and find out about the specific pink colour of the seawater during a 1- hour train ride (ticket not included).
When your tour finishes, your guide will take you back to Arles.行程概要出發地點
