Meet at the Adrift base where the guides will go over the days trip conditions and asses and provide the required equipment, and additional clothing and boots if needed. Then, it's time to relax and enjoy the journey.
The route is selected from one of the following:
Either a 1 hour and 20-minute return route out to our sunset ridge and back, a 2-hour walk along the Taranaki Falls track, or up to Meads wall on Mt. Ruapehu. No matter what tour we take we stop at the end to enjoy a glass of NZ wine as we watch the sunset. Your guide will talk about the area with his local knowledge of geology, volcanology and New Zealand cultural history. A stunning time of day with great sunset lighting in a majestic Alpine setting.
If walking on a pathless track is too much for you then we can change the route to something easier.行程概要出發地點

Gratuities Food and drinks (available for purchase) There is a shop which has all equipment, boots, and clothing for hire to supplement that which you don’t have that the team deems necessary to ensure that you are safe and comfortable with the weather and environment for the day. There is a $40 free allowance for clothing and boots. Boots are $15, all clothing is $10 per item.
