Your trip starts in Kaiteriteri next to the boat ramp. Once the trip starts you will experience the cultural elements associated with waka, which includes a mihi whakatau (welcome greeting). Everyone will learn to introduce themselves, understand paddle commands and participate in a waka salute, all in te reo M□ori. A fun and uplifting environment is created within the waka.
Once we leave Kaiteriteri we paddle north towards Toka Ngawh□ Split Apple Rock, stopping from time to time for the guide to share some of the M□ori history of the area. We will stop at Toka Ngawh□ for some light refreshment, time to swim, or relax on the beach. From there we head back to Kaiteriteri to finish the experience by 12noon.行程概要出發地點
