Your knowledgeable local guide will collect you from your Martinborough accommodation or Featherston Station in a luxurious vehicle. You will begin your day with an informative and entertaining wine tour which comprises of a walk amongst the vines sampling wines as you go and assembling knowledge to set you up perfectly for the rest of the day.
Following this you can relax and enjoy a gourmet 2-course lunch and complementing glass of wine. After lunch take a drive down Martinborough's 'Golden Mile' strip of vineyards to two vineyards to sample their line-ups of beautiful wines while hearing a commentary on local wine characters, a short history of the town and development of the wine industry in Martinborough. To complete the day you will take a stroll around an olive grove with the owner and taste a range of superb olive oils.
