Meet your driver-guide at your accommodation within the Margaret River region to begin your day tour, heading to your first place of indulgence and discovery, Yahava Koffee Works. Here, kick start the day by tasting a range of coffee made from both imported and Australian beans. Tea tastings are also available.
Next, depending on the time, visit Prevelly Beach, home to the Margaret River pro surfing competition, and enjoy a photo op against the coastline. Then proceed to a winery where you'll enjoy fresh, free-range smoked meats paired with wine produced using bio-dynamic methods while you listen to the story of how this production idea came about. Continue to lunch at either the Fishbone or Vasse Felix, where you'll take part in a wine tasting followed by a sit-down meal (one glass of wine included with lunch).
After lunch, visit Ngilgi Cave and hear a bit about Australian Aboriginal heritage before heading to the Yallingup Shearing Shed, where you'll learn about Australian wool products made from the wool of local sheep, can test natural olive oil skin products, and sample organic gourmet foods.
