After pickup by luxury bus in Sydney, your day trip starts by heading up the Pacific Highway and M1 Highway to Hunter Valley, stopping 90 minutes from Sydney for a tea or coffee break (own expense). (If you're staying in the Hunter Valley region, you can be picked up later in the morning from Cessnock or Pokolbin.)
Throughout the day, you'll visit four wineries for tastings. Wine tasting is accompanied by a detailed description of the vineyard, the vintage you're tasting, and the style of wine typically made by the winemaker. Lunch is enjoyed at one of several venues, depending on the day, and you'll also visit cheese and chocolate outlets, which are popular stops in wine country. The tour ends in Hunter Valley in the mid-afternoon.
If you're traveling back to Sydney, relax on your coach for the return drive to the central business district, where your day trip ends with drop-off.行程概要出發地點

Friendly informative driver. Picked up from Sydney hotel at designated time. Visited several wineries. Lovely lunch. Great day was had by all.

Paul was great and informative I did feel it was all a little too rushed but hey so what the wines were incredible I would recommend this tour.

Paul, our driver and tour guide was awesome. We loved his commentary and interaction with the group. We loved the wineries especially the second on, I forgot the First (something). The young lady who did the presentation was so knowledgeable, but also a lot of her own personality she was adorable. We loved the wine and cheese pairings and the wine and chocolate pairings. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour could have been amazing, but since the driver did not share any information at all, not even an itinerary of the day, or time we had at each stop, it was quite disappointing. The wineries were great, but the poor organisation and complete lack of interest and information from the driver left a bad taste.Definitely not as mentioned in the overview:'Learn about the region’s history from the informative driver-guide.'Bruce did not even mention which area we are in. A couple of the people on the tour asked him where we were going next, but still it did not prompt him to share any information. The final straw was when he left 6 of the 16 people behind at one location. Since he was already acting as purely a driver, not a guide, the least he could do was check that all were in the van.I would not recommend this tour. Would be better to just book transport and decide on the wineries you want to visit.

Good trip to Hunter. Genial South African driver, efficient timings, largely good wineries Macquariedale decidedly average ,moderate lunch .
Worth doing ,but they need to be more open about which wineries are to be visited at time of booking -
This was a fabulous time. The driver was wonderful and fun! The wines were excellent. I would definitely do this tour again and would recommend!

Great and informative tour. Chocolate shop was a bit of a waste of time and bus needs replacing as air con was rubbish and it was very bumpy
