Whale watching & dolphin cruises depart from the famous Balboa Boardwalk on Newport Harbor in Newport Beach. Check in about 40 minutes before your departure time and receive your boarding passes. Once on-board it is only a quick 15 minute cruise through Newport Bay before exiting and immediately entering the marine sanctuary where whale and dolphin sightings begin.
Whales and/or dolphin maybe found immediately or make take longer to locate depending on the mammals. During your whale watching cruise the whale watching captain & on-board naturalist will provide neat details about the mammals being seen as well as the marine habitat and lots of other neat details. The giant marine park just outside Newport Bay also happens to have some of the most scenic coastline in California traveling along the Newport Beach and Laguna Beach coastlines.
While on your whale watching cruise refreshments of all types are available in the larger indoor salon for purchase at any point of your cruise. Photos and drone video of your trip/mammals sighted are also available for purchase as you return to Newport Bay from your whale watching cruise.行程概要出發地點

Everyone was great! I was treated with great respect. The staff was awesome, they were focused on providing excellent customer service.

Loved the tour, we didnt see much animal life but the guides talked about the whales, the weather was great and the sea was calm. Lovely way to spend a couple of hours.

On the day we went out to the tour, heavy fog covered the entire area, at some point, it was starting to get clear. However, it was still very foggy in the see. The crew which knew the bad conditions decided to go out even when they knew we will see nothing. Eventually, we came back earlier than planned.
I think in such condition the crew had to cancel and refund everybody and not trying to make money when they knew there's nothing to go out for. -
We really enjoyed this cruise, it was more and exciting than expected. Go early, and get on line, so you get good seats on the boat. We saw loads of dolphins and whales, what a thrill and very memorable Very much worth the trip and money. Can't be beat!.

It was a great experience for my 12 year old daughter. The only downside was we didn't see any whales but lots of dolphins.

There were no whales that day but we enjoyed watching a big pod of dolphins swimming alongside the boat. If you there for only the whales then you might be disappointed

This was alot of fun in a beautiful town. We saw hundreds of dolphins on our trip and highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.
