Each of the stops was great and the moonshine was delicious! If you are a sweet wine drinker, I'm sure you'll love them too. With the perfect tour guide, we had a wonderful anniversary.

One of the best tours I have taken, highly recommend it for anyone who likes to have a good time. Our guide was really funny and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area and the distilleries. This tour is 21 so no children were on board nor were any allowed on. On our 5 hour trip it ran a bit long because our guide was kind enough to keep going until we all had enough Dustin provided 95 of the commentary and the video on the local legend made up only about 20 minutes total. We were warned ahead of time on the content of the video and asked if we all approved, which we did, and the video was very interesting. It was a video about a local moonshiner and we were on a moonshine and wine tour so the content was 100 on topic. Anyone who is offended by language needs to not be on an adult rated and adult themed tour in the first place. We visited 8 different locations and before each location Dustin told us a bit about the various drinks on offer and mentioned the ones that most folks like best so we knew which ones to try. He did not walk us in the door nor would I require him to, I don't need someone holding my hand to guide me every step of the way. Inside our first stop at Tennessee XXX they knew who the tour company was and seemed very appreciative of the fact that we came to see them. I felt as though we were welcomed even more so because we were on the tour. They took great care of us and even gave us extra shots of moonshine long after we were out of chips. Every location we visited we were welcomed inside and taken care of. All in all it was an amazing tour. Could I have done it myself? Yes, probably I could have. Would I have had as much fun? Defiantly not! I had piece of mind knowing that I could enjoy myself in comfort and not worry about driving. I was laughing between every stop at the stories Dustin told. Inside every shop we were greeted kindly and were very entertained. This was the best tour I have done yet and I have been to New Orleans, Williamsburg, Charleston, Philadelphia, and many other cities and taken lots of tours. They provided waters and snacks which were very good. Dustin was really great, really funny, and genuinely smart. He knew the area inside and out and never hesitated when someone asked a question about either the area or its history. He had several suggestions on great places to eat and things to do in town and places to visit. This was more than just a tasting tour, I don't know if it was the moonshine but I haven't laughed so much on a tour ever. You all need to try this one out, you won't be disappointed ... unless you are under 21 or afraid to hear strong language from an old moonshiner that is.

I really enjoyed this tour! There were only 4 of us, which was nice, and we saw 3 wineries and 3 moonshine distilleries. The bus was clean, air conditioned and stocked with water and snacks. Our guide, Dustin, was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of local history. I would recommend this tour!

After completing the tour, it didn't take but a minute to evaluate this tour. It was a chauffeur driven bus, that dropped us off at the door step of pre selected wineries and distilleries. The driver, both in the brochure and his statement, he was local with knowledge of the history and events of the tour sites, the part about being local maybe true but, not overly knowledgeable about either winery or distillery. We were given a movie to watch about a local legend of moon shining, it is in No Way a movie I would subject a child to view, the language was very offensive. Back to the tour, with paying for a tour one would believe their is some special perks involved, not at all true, when you entered any of the establishments, you were just general public as if you walked in off the street.
My suggestion to anyone considering this, DON'T waste your money, take a little time on the internet and research the locations of the areas wineries and distilleries and do a self guided tour. I know we would've enjoyed that more than what our 100 got us.
