Pergamum is one of the finest archaeological sites in Turkey. The city was a great center of culture and the capital of East Roman Empire.
On the Acropolis there are numerous remains including the celebrated Library, the steepest Theatre of Anatolia, the Temples of Trojan and Dionysos, the place of the monumental Altar of Zeus famous with the relief of God and devils, the Sanctuary of Demeter, the Gymnasium situated on terraces and the lower Agora.
After a delicious lunch with Turkish specialties, you will visit the Archaeological Museum of Bergama.

Our guide Mehmet and driver were great. We were the only two on the the tour so we had them all to ourselves. Saw everything as described in the overview and enjoyed our tour as Mehmet was knowledgeable and personable. We learned so much from this tour. Also really enjoyed the lunch. Loved the tour and would recommend this tour if you are able to spend a day out of the city.

This was a perfect tour - very nice weather and excellent tour object. My tour guide - Sigdem G ktas - gave a very good and thorough presentation of Pergamum and Asklepion. She also gave me some free time to shoot photos and walk freely along the tour sites. My guide was very polite and answered to all my questions very patiently. Also drive to tour site and back was nice and in time. Pergamum itself is located to unique place on top of the hill, which gave exceptionally nice sceneries. Surely a place to visit. Many thanks to Neon and Viator!

Very well managed tour with a very good guide. Both Pergamum and Asklepion are absolutely worth visiting. My trip was during off season and there was only three of us in this tour. This made it more like a private tour which was very nice. It would be good to take the cable car to the top of the hill rather than going with the van as the road is not that smooth.

An excellent guide (thank you Ali:) and two beautiful locations have made this a perfect day, complimentary and tasty lunch included. Turned out to be a private tour since there were no other participants. A must do☆☆☆☆☆
