Come and join us to experience the ancient art of Muay Thai. You will get the chance to sample a true part of Thai culture and train the same ways as the locals do!!
A typical Muay Thai class starts with skipping and stretching then we move on to cover some of the fine details of techniques that date back hundreds of years. You will get the chance to train on Thai pads with one of our trainers and if you wish you can even join in for some sparring!! Classes last from 1-2 hrs
We are specialists in small group classes with no more than 10 people per session. You are also able to select from a wide range of training including Muay Thai, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Fitness/Cross training and Yoga. From beginners through to advanced students the camp is able to offer training to meet your specific needs.行程概要出發地點
