I showed up at the airport after a 26 hour flight from Canada to find no one there. I booked a private car from Bangkok to Pattaya. I found the tourist booth and they phoned the man in charge. He showed up and told me I was not on his list. I showed my printed out and he then started to make calls. I arrived at 2:00 in the morning and about over an hour later a car arrived. Driver was good and polite. No one apologized to me or said they were sorry.

Nobody told me that my transfer will be 3 hours earlier than should be. Btw driver was excellent.

  • Kenneth J (2013-06-24)3

My trip was great and the transportation service provided was unexpectedly convenient and reliable.

  • Andreas T (2013-01-27)5

I would do again. Good organized

  • JAMES B (2012-12-01)5

As always a Rep' is waiting for you at the arrivals gate, they have never let me down. You are lead away to your transport with the minimum of fuss and the car or bus is always clean with good aircon'. The drivers do not always know every hotel so it can be quite interesting when they get on the mobile phone to be 'talked in' to your destination!

  • BARRY M (2012-11-12)2

We were picked up at the airport at arranged time in a comfortable car but the two hour trip was not good as the driver was doing up to 160ks, most of the time 140ks sometimes on the phone and we did not feel safe

  • Clare B (2012-08-17)5

    prompt, friendly, private airconditioned car

  • JAMES B (2011-11-19)5

No problems even though I arrived during the flooding. The driver was great and even though the drive took over an hour longer than normal due to the traffic he kept smiling.
    Cannot find fault. Thanks again.

  • Delwyn S (2011-06-29)4

Very easy to find at airport - drive to Pattaya was fine and dropped us at reception of hotel in just under the two hours. Would recommend

  • Neil A Theodore (2011-04-05)5
