I wanted to give this a 5. He arrived on time, had a smooth ride, and was very friendly. But then he dropped us off at the completely wrong area for our flight. He asked us our airline and then dropped us off at the wrong doors. We had to do upstairs and down a long hallway to the Delta check-in. I see there were doors right beside our area of check-in. It was the end of our trip and we were very tired of carrying our bags everywhere. He made the end of our trip a bit stressful because we had no idea how to find our check-in and bag drop area. I would just double check that you are at the right area before your driver unloads the bag. I wish I could get my tip back because I just feel like he completed ignored what we said and was just ready to get us out of the car.

Our transfer from our hotel in Zurich to the Zurich Airport was great. Driver was at our hotel at the agreed upon time. Only sad thing... our vacation was over and we needed to head back home.

airport to hotel and hotel to airport..could not have been better!
After a long flight, it was so nice to have a car and a driver waiting. Our luggage was lost and we were afraid that the driver could not wait for us..but, he did wait and made us feel that we were the only customers! This is an excellent service!~
