    Jungfrau Railway:Travel by train on the 2.5-hour journey from Interlaken through the soaring peaks of the mighty Jungfrau region to Kleine Scheidegg and Eigergletscher. Pass the triple peaks of Eiger, Mnch and Jungfrau on route to one of Europe’s highest train stations at 11,332 feet (3,454 meters). Admire panoramic views from the Sphinx Observation Terrace over the mighty Aletsch Glacier ─ Europe's longest glacier. See the snow-capped peaks of neighboring countries and take a walk through the glacier's frozen Ice Palace tunnels. (The Jungfrau Travel Pass does not include the train up to the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe - the connecting ticket can be purchased locally at a reduced price for Jungfrau Travel Pass holders.)

    Harder Railway (from Interlaken):Take the Harder Railway 10 minutes up to Harder Kulm, Interlaken’s home mountain. Standing at 4,337 feet (1,322 meters) above sea level, the summit boasts fabulous views of the Eiger, Mnch and Jungfrau mountains plus Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. Visit the Two Lakes Bridge and perhaps enjoy a meal at the impressive Harder Kulm Panorama Restaurant (own expense).
    First Aerial Cableway (from Grindelwald):Take the six-seater gondola, First Aerial Cableway, along the sunny side of Grindelwald Valley to First, a minor summit on the slopes of the Schwarzhorn. Here you can hike around Lake Bachalpsee, relax at the First Mountain Guesthouse, ride the First Flyer zipline and rent a scooter-bike to explore.
    Schynige Platte Railway (from Wilderswil, near Interlaken):Opened in the late 19th century, this nostalgic cogwheel railway transports you through breathtaking mountain landscapes with unparalleled views of Eiger, Mnch and Jungfrau. Travel through the peaceful wildflower fields of the Schynige Platte, and then hop off to explore one of the most popular hiking areas in the region.
    Please note: Boat trips on Lake Thun and Lake Brienz as well as the railway section Interlaken West  Interlaken Ost and Interlaken Ost- Brienz will only be included in the Jungfrau Travel Pass valid for 5 or 6 days.

    Amazing scenery. If you love hiking, mountains and riding unique trains it is worth spending 3-5 days in this area and buying the Jungfrau region travel pass. It only covers this immediate area, and the boat rides on the lakes are not covered with 3-4 day passes only 5 or more, so plan accordingly. Also note that many of these railways are closed during winter, some opening late May.

    Excellent value for money as it covers pretty much all trains into the mountains except last leg of Jungfrau. We used it extensively over all 3 days, would recommend getting this if you're in Interlaken for 3-6 days.

    We had the 6 day pass. We used it extensively getting from town to town as well as the different trail heads. The initial expense was well worth it not only for the value but also in time saved as we hopped from train to train to boat to gondola without having to buy tickets for each.

    Expensive but if planning on a lot of travel it saves time and money. However if only planning on the odd trip with time spent walking then probably not worth the money.

    For most of the trip, the rail pass worked very well. However, Viator stated in an email that having a digital version of the pass on your phone was sufficient, but on the third day of using the pass, a train conductor was very displeased that I had not exchanged the voucher for an official rail pass. In the future, Viator should make it more clear that one must submit a printed version of the voucher to a rail office in the Jungfrau region.

    The worthiness of the tour is greatly affected by the weather -- I got the 3-day pass but it was raining/snowing heavily in 2 out of the 3 consecutive days. but the pass is very inflexible. I could not keep it 'on hold' for 1 day and postpone my visits well, I could, just pay for everything again Basically what I could see from the top was complete whiteness.
