When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24-48 hours prior to your arrival in Cape Town, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

My flight was very late getting in but they were right there when you come out of customs with a sign with my name on it. The car ride was very comfortable and the driver was very professional.

Very professional on time and informative driver. Only downside was that all seat belts didn't work but complementary water a bonus. The hop on hop off bus was a great way to get a feel for Cape Town and environs. We also did a tour of the winelands which our daughters had organised, great fun visited 4 vineyards and lunch. Again informative and willing driver who couldn't do enough to make our day special. The trip to Robben island was really good, the guide gave us loads of information and we saw whales and dolphins on our way back on the ferry making it a special day too. Four days wasn't enough to do everything we will be back.

The plane was late, the bags were late, but Marcel was there for us when we exited the terminal . We were starving when we arrived, and staying in an in-town condo, there was nothing to eat. He generously stopped at a convenience store just out of the airport to let us grab a bunch of quick foods to take along. AS we were just reuniting our family from 4 different directions, the stop was appreciated. He was very nice and of course he was great with the bags

They were waiting for us and escorted us to the shuttle with cold water waiting. Very nice driver.

I was fortunate to receive a lovely ride to my hotel from Ikey - He is a wonderful
person and made me feel so welcome to Cape Town!
