From Timisoara we’ll drive straight into the heart of the magic boilers of the Danube. If we have nice weather, we'll enjoy a beautiful boat ride. Highlights include Tabula Traiana, Decebal’s head (the highest rock sculpture in Europe), and the Veteran’s cave, with many legends to tell.
Further on, the plateau of Ciucaru Mare peak(318 m) reveals a different perspective. We will do an easy hike, above the boilers, which will offer an amazing view over the big river surrounded by big and impressive rock walls.
For sure, this trip will be unforgettable.
The program can be altered on the spot, depending on weather conditions and other relevant aspects such as the physical condition of the participants.
