Day 1: From Bucharest to Brasov (L, D)
Bra_ov can boast everything from being a dynamic modern city to having incredible old world charm and fascinating scenery and some of the best cleanliness records in the country, as well as great transport and great food!
On the way to Brasov you will visit Peles Castle in Sinaia, the summer residence of the kings of Romania, built on the wish of King Carol I of Romania (1866 1914). Peles Castle is one of the most important historic buildings in Romania from the second half of the nineteenth century. You will visit Bran Castle to discover where the legend of Count Dracula was born, at the home of Vlad the Impaler: Experience the history and intrigue of this magical place.

Day 2: Horse riding & sightseeing and bicycle ride (B, L, D)
Today you will start with a horse riding excursion in the beautiful Romanian countryside outside Brasov.
After a break for lunch, your afternoon continues with a bicycle tour taking you back to the city of Brasov.

Day 3: Transfagarasan and hiking (B, L, D)
Transfgran is one of the most beautiful mountain roads in Romania. Built at a maximum altitude of 2042 m, it is also called “the road in the clouds”, and connects the historical region of Muntenia to Transylvania. The view from here is spectacular, and the altitude differences and the hairpin turns represent a challenge both for cars and drivers alike. After arriving at Balea Lac by car - the top of the road - you will take a walk, hiking to the top of the mountain to admire beautiful sights from the best possible view-point.

Day 4: Off-roading (B, L, D)
Due to the large network of forest tracks, the total length of which added together is several thousand kilometers; Romania is one of the few European countries in which long distances can be covered off-road, bypassing inhabited areas or paved roads and getting into the heart of the countryside.
Take a ride on forest roads/dirt tracks and test your driving skills; the degree of difficulty is medium to average, with portions that deviate from the road allowing you to properly test your skills in the wilder countryside. Your efforts will be rewarded with a good meal outdoors afterwards and the good mood generated from trying something new.

Day 5: River-rafting (B, L, D)
Foaming rivers, shouts of excitement and joy, this gets your adrenaline pumping to the max! Spend the morning river rafting!
Full neoprene protection equipment, neoprene footwear, helmet and life jacket, paddle, professional boats and licensed guides are provided, making your experience safe, fun and professional. Relax afterwards with an included lunch before returning to Brasov in the afternoon.
