Discover the wonderful Praia da Marinha (Navy Beach), considered one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe, recognized by the Michelin guide. Also know the Fort of Santa Catarina.
Come aboard our boat. In the morning the sea is very calm, ideal conditions for an unforgettable caves trip. We start our trip in the historic harbor of Portim o. We follow the Rio Arade, passing the fishing village of Ferragudo and two medieval forts entering the Atlantic Ocean. With motor power we turn South-East, past the lighthouse of Ferragudo, the beach of Carneiros, the Roman tower and smugglers cave. Along the coastline of Carvoeiro with the rock formations of Algar Seco. We go to explore at least 4 of these fascinating caves. Through narrow or wide openings we explore dark or colorful shimmering, Cathedral-like vaults.行程概要出發地點

We took an early morning ride on a Zodiac Style boat to the beautiful rock formations! We went in and out of over 20 caves that could not be viewed any better way! Amazing!!!

I really liked it. It was very beautiful. The boat went into the cave so it was amazing to see. The tour by car was amazing, we went to another cave and got to walk inside.The guide was very nice and let us time to take great pictures and even offered to take pictures for us. I loved it.

I ENJOYED THE BOAT TRIP TO VIEW CAVES AND BEACHES , BUT IN ENTERING A CAVE I COULD SMELL THE EXHUAST FUMES FROM THE OUTBOARD ENGINES , I DID FEEL A LITTLE ILL , BUT I SEEMED TO BE THE ONLY ONE .

Fabulous Fabulous boat ride and scenery was just awesome after the tour they took us to some roadside towns but really have to stress the safety of the remainder of this tour it was not good the jeep was open on top, know seat belts provided even in a little scrape you could have been hurt terribly or even worse pls for everyone who participates. In this don't take it.

Guides were excellent, friendly and fun. A great trip to take, calm sea, beautiful clear water. So great to be able to go in and out of the caves on the boat. Amazing scenery along the coast. The jeep trip was really great, lovely to see Portimao from different view points. Our driver was informative and helpful. I would recommend this tour.

2 parts to this tour. the boat to the caves was outstanding as was the skipper. however, the driving tour of the coast was marred by a late pick up at the cruise ship terminal followed by an out of the way trip to the local office to pick up another group. result was only 2 sightseeing stops.

We really enjoyed both the boat tour of the caves and the jeep tour. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel which was wonderful! Our tour guide, Bruno, took us to some great areas by the cliff for picture opportunities! I highly recommend this tour.

Boat trip amazing. Hottest day of the year though! Our jeep guide Sara was fab, really enthusiastic despite us flagging in the heat

The town of Portimao isn't much, but this 4 hour excursion was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. We chose the 4 hour boat/jeep ride without lunch. We met at 9 am at the local yacht club a blue and white building next to the maritime museum. About a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship dock and town. The boat is a rib with several seats and handrails to hold on to. We wore shorts and didn't get wet so no need to wear a bathing suit. The 2 hour cave tour on the rib was fascinating, we took a ton of pictures. Then we returned to the dock at 11 and got into the yellow jeep for a tour of the local area, specifically the coastline from above the caves that we'd just seen. We were able to get out a few times and walk around. I highly recommend this trip.
