Walking Tour with Food and Wine Tastings (3.5 hours)Make your way to the historical Restauradores Square in central Lisbon. Find your guide at the tall central obelisk, which commemorates Portugal’s independence from Spain. From there, venture to Rossio Square, Lisbon’s busy central plaza, passing the beautiful Gothic-style Rossio train station on the way.Explore the vibrant, multicultural neighborhood of Mouraria, the birthplace of Fado music. Its tangled, narrow streets ─ lined with churches, mosques and exotic shops ─ bear evidence of its diverse cultural influences. Stop for a rejuvenating espresso and pastry at a traditional bakery. As you sightsee with your guide, pause to munch on more food samples including Portuguese cheese and locally produced marmalade.Wander through the trendy Chiada neighborhood and into the bohemian enclave of Bairro Alto, where you’ll relax with a refreshing drink. Step aboard a ferry for a brief cruise along the Tagus River to Cacilhas, a charming riverside town. In Cacilhas, sip on Portuguese green wine and tuck into freshly caught seafood before finishing the tour at Cais do Sodr□. Your next tour starts in the evening.Sunset Tour with Fado Performance (3.5 hours)As the day draws to a close, return to the meeting point on Restauradores Square to begin this small-group sunset walking tour.Return to the historical district of Mouraria and observe the atmosphere changing as evening falls. Listen to the rhythmic sounds of traditional Fado music in a local tavern and toast the evening with a sip of ginjinha, a traditional cherry liqueur.Take a short ride on the quaint vintage tram line, which rattles up and down Lisbon’s hills. Hop off and follow your guide to a scenic lookout point. Admire intoxicating views of the sun setting over the city.Descend into the Moorish Alfama district, winding along dark alleyways, which are typically humming with the sounds of chatting revelers and Fado music.

Fantastic!!! A must! We had two guides, one for the morning and one in the evening. Both were great and informative.

I loved these two tours. Sophia with blue eyes was very informative and sweet. She had great patience and was very knowledgeable. There are many stairs uphill on this tour so know before you go. It truly is a waliking tour but well worth it! Obrigatto Sophia! I learned so much about the main attractions, history and back streets of Lisbon on this tour! Well done!
Pedro was my Tapas and Fado guide. He also was excellent! I loved it!
