The Alentejo region and its plains with cork oaks, wheat fields, vineyards and almond trees deserve to be contemplated. Look for the many walled cities and castles perched on isolated hills such as Montemor. The most famous is vora where you will have time to walk the narrow medieval streets and to enjoy the marks of the pass of the city. We invite you to visit a typical vineyard where you will be able to taste a local wine. On the way back we passed by a small village called Arraiolos, famous due to handmade carpets. Come with us to discover Alentejo!
