You will be picked up from your accommodation in Lisbon between 7 and 8pm. Then, work up your appetite with a panoramic tour of Lisbon's monuments and streets under the enchanting nighttime illuminations while your guide shares the secrets of each place. Admire the Alfama “bairro”, the Lisbon Cathedral and the National Pantheon.
After it's time to watch the authentic live Fado show while dining on Portuguese specialties in a typical restaurant.

Hmmmm. This was just okay. Our guide had trouble with is car and arrived to our hotel a little late. We toured Lisbon on the way to the fado show with him stopping at major tourist sites. Arrived at Fado show late as well and were put at a table in the back, literally 2 feet from the washroom door. The steady flow to the washroom was distractive one lady actually came in off street and went!, our chairs were rickety wooden ones unlike the plush high back chairs the other patrons sat in. I told the owner we had booked this 2 months prior and was disappointed in what we were given. She blamed it on the guide, having forgot to book until that evening. An hour later, she moved us to another table away from washroom and with an actual view of the fado singers.
I wouldnt recommend this. Even if we had a normal table, food wasnt great, service was slow and fado singers only sang maybe three songs between breaks.
I had been to see Fado on a previous trip so I knew it wasnt top notch. I would recommend checking out Cash de Fados. -

Our guide was great took us to all the hidden areas of Lisbon. The performance was interesting, the guest were a bit loud and slightly obnoxious.

It was my luck to meet Andr□. It was a wonderful trip to Porto. The best part of the trip was walking on the bridge. From there, I saw the beautiful view of the whole city and felt the real breeze of Porto. He even made a lunch reservation at Orangerie at the Yeatman. Food, wine, and the view there was great, too. He made me a perfect day at Porto. Thank you, Andr□!
