When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Lisbon city, Estoril or Cascais hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Gentleman did a great job and very pleasant. They were on time and was a safe and enjoyable ride.
I don’t no what I can say as it was just a ride from airport to hotel. -
No complaints small mix-up in pick up , but they were there to get us at the airport at the right time.

I was charged for this, and told to re-confirm 72 hrs before transfer date. Starting 72 hrs in advance, and including the morning we arrived walking through airport, I called 5 times, and never got a live person nor even an option to leave a message. I sent multiple emails. So...we showed up in Lisbon and no one was there. I had to pay a taxi driver to take us to hotel. Total ripoff with non-existent customer service.

We were met on arrival by a representative of the company and our driver was with us within 15 minutes thereafter. Car was clean and driver was pleasant. Our accommodation was in the Alfama area of Lisbon and the driver simply dumped us and bags with a cheery wave and pointing vaguely that our apartment was 'over there'. The Alfama district is very steep and we were left to wrestle two suitcases and hand luggage up and down streets trying to locate our accommodation. Staff at a restaurant kindly allowed us WiFi access to use Google Maps. Our accommodation ended up being some 1.5 km away from where we were left by the driver. Not happy with this service, who we were unable to contact to leave our feedback and even less so with Viator, who we also found do not provide contact details for provision feedback. Wont be using this service again.

Our driver was on time and very pleasant. He had a little extra time so gave us a little tour of the city on our way to the hotel. Very nice and pleasant start to our trip

This was an amazing experience. The scheduler had incorrectly posted us as a party of two, when we were actually seven I had printed the confirmation with the accurate number. The Viator coordinator at the airport promptly obtain a van and driver of adequate size, and the original driver, Pedro de Albuquerque Soares, speak with us very apologetically. He escorted us to the replacement van, ensuring we were well taken care of. We exchanged phone numbers with him, and he recommended some restaurants for us that were wonderful! Further, we booked him for and 8-hour tour to Belem as well as many other Lisboa sights that was absolutely wonderful. He continued to provide recommendations for us for the remainder of our stay, and transported us to the airport for our return. We can't recommend him enough for an excellent tour, guide, and companion. We all had a wonderful day with him. He is a total gem!

I would highly recommend using this service. They contacted me immediately after booking to confirm my departure information and schedule the appropriate pick up time. The day of the pick up they arrived right on time actually a little earlier. The drive was very professional and took great pride in his service.

We had to wait for our driver as there were quite a few people using this service. Once we were on our way everything was great.
