The seminar goes for one and a half hours and we will talk about some of the amazing stories regarding Madeira Wine and its production process. Most importantly, you will of course taste the best harmonies between 4 Madeira Wines (5 and 10 years) and chocolates made in Madeira (Uaucacau) that were designed to harmonize with the wines.
You will will be presented with some of the fine producers, such as Vinhos Barbeito, Pereira D’ Oliveira and Blandy's.
The seminar will take place in a classroom at “Armaz□m do Mercado” (previously the market warehouse), a new space near the “Zona Velha” (“Old Town”) which combines history and modernity and will be presented by a Madeira Wine expert.
