One of the worst situations loaded with luggage expecting a sign with my name waited half hour no one showed up . All I had was an email address and no service to use my mobile phone to email . All this after I confirmed with them 24 hours in advance . Will never use Viator /grey line Phillipines

The driver was awaiting us as we exited the airport and took us promptly to the resort. The car was comfortable and clean and features of the town were pointed out on the way.
