-
Excellent and well worth it rather than taking a taxi to our hotel. Very pleased with the transfer. The driver was waiting for us at the arrivals hall on time with our name on a sign and was very friendly and helpful.
-
Was over hour late. Had to borrow local stranger phone- Called 4 Times, answered twice. Waiting in rain, no driver.. bad experience
-
even if we arrived late, our driver waited for us, it was a smooth ride even our driver jagged the heavy traffic. Thanks viator.
-
It wasn't any time to see anything. Our fault, the flight was late but the driver was there and very helpful.
Thank you. C Hidalgo -
Driver was waiting outside arrivals at airport dropped us of at our hotel really pleased with this service .Would highly recommend this service .
-
the driver was 1 hour late, we were almost going to take a taxi
-
Driver was on time and vehicle was comfortable, another reliable Viator provider.
-
Driver was waiting when I exited the airport and was visible with a sign with my name. Great driving and easy to sign up.
-
Met at airport, driver was courteous but did not offer to take my baggage - I am 86 but got along just fine. Viator can be relied upon to provide the services that are ordered. I will continue to use their service.

The cost is maybe twice what a taxi would but the convenience of having a driver meet you at the front of the airport in a potentially intimidating city if you've never been might be worth it. The driver was easy to locate with my name on displayed clearly, he was friendly, spoke enough English, knew exactly where our hotel was located, and the ride was air-conditioned. Couldn't ask for more.
