Your adventure begins with an exhilarating speed boat ride that takes you to Boca de Tomatlan, a secluded beach at the edge of the jungle on the southern shores of Banderas Bay. Here, an exciting off-road expedition aboard your 4x4 Unimogs will take you 2000 ft (600 meters) above sea level, to a base camp in the heart of the Sierra Madre Mountains.
Then, you'll take a fascinating mule ride higher and further into the sub-tropical forest, where you'll begin a series of thrilling zip lines, rappel down waterfalls, cross jungle bridges and splash through streams and natural river pools.
This exciting eco-tour will bring out the child in all of you. With the highest and longest ziplines in Mexico, at almost 1000 ft (300 meters) long and 250 ft (75 meters) high, you'll be taken on the thrill of a lifetime!

We had SO much fun on this trip- it was everything we expected and more! Our guides- Marie, Paul, Loza and Victor were knowledgeable, fun and made sure we had a safe and enjoyable trip!

Took my two teenagers on this tour and we had the best time. Our tour guides, Daniel , Angel, and others were awesome. There is a little bit of everything here, zip lining, repelling, water slide, jumping into pool, boating, mule riding and ATV. Full day of fun. The only regret is my kids and I were the last to get back to base camp so we didn't have time to order photos because by the time we ate it was time to leave. Would do it again for sure!

This was a terrific tour. We had amazing guides who made sure we were always safe and having a great time. I am terrified of heights and I was able to do everything - even with a little fear. My teenagers and husband loved this. It was well worth the money. Our guides were PeeWee, Marco, and Ceasar. Groups start by putting on a wet suit shirt and then getting on a donkey to ride up a hill to the first zip line. There is a bit of a hike where the donkeys can't go- but not far- there are water stations all along the way. Starting with the first zip line, there is a series of activities- from various length zip lines, repelling down next to a waterfall , ziplining into a pool, dropping slowly from a platform more repelling- very safe and slow and 2 waterslides. Lots of adrenaline- but a great experience- my family loved it.

Highly recommend this. Guides were super knowledgeable and safety was a high priority. Beautiful way to see the country. Not too impressed with the last stop at the restaurant where we felt pressured to order a meal.

I'm giving this tour 5 stars because it was the highlight of our trip for my three teens and me, but I do NOT recommend purchasing the excursion via Viator. Instead, wait until you get to Puerto Vallarta, then find a Vallarta Adventures kiosk they were stationed every few blocks on the beach in the Zona Romantica. You'll get a better deal, plus you can get a discount for multiple excursion, plus you won't have to worry about calling when you get there. I could not reach a live person and had to go to a kiosk and beg for help to reach their office.
That said, this trip had it all! From start to finish, we had a blast. The first 2 seconds of ziplining were terrifying, and then it was absolutely exhilarating. Same with the rappelling and waterslides. Our guides, Joy, Oregon, Rio, Cesar, Lancer, and yikes, we can't remember your name, but you were awesome were incredibly professional and practiced safety first, even though they joked around with us and were a big part of the fun! If you only get to do one trip, this is the one. We will do it again the next time we go!

The tour was everything I expected it to be and more. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The tour started promptly on time, which is always a plus for me. The staff had great energy, patience, and made safety a priority. I would definitely recommend this tour! It's worth every dime!!!

I'm not a fan of the trip up there with enslaved mules. However, I am a fan of the rest of the day! It was absolutely a pleasure to get to know more people from different countries while doing this activity. I enjoyed the tour guides very much they were friendly, outgoing, helpful, and quite hilarious! Do I recommend this? yes if it doesn't involved riding an enslaved mule.

THIS WAS THE BEST ADVENTURE EVER!!! It definitely exceeded my expectations from reading the description of tour. It was FANTASTIC from minute one to end. It began with the approx. 30 min speed boat ride to the coast of boca de tomatlan, once there, boarded 4x4 jeeps thru quaint town proceeding up the mountain to the base site to begin this great adventure. After receiving detailed instructions, we were equipped with zip lining gear/safety equipment. We then were matched with Mules and began our escalation up the mountain for approx. 20 min. The tour consisted of about 9 zip lines, additionally a great rappel alongside a beautiful waterfall and at the end a wonderful waterslide splashdown. During this tour we got to appreciate the amazing scenery during our hikes from one site to the next. The staff helped you feel at ease and very safe always. This was definitely for me a bucket list item. We were a group of 4 being the oldest of tour group of 15 in our 50's we had the best time ever!!!!!

Great adventure well run by a trained staff. We would book this again! Unfortunately, no photos available to post since cameras are not allowed on the tour. They take pictures throughout, but charge an exorbitant fee for them at the end of the tour.
