Just 20 minutes north of Cabo's city center is beautiful Rancho San Cristobal, a protected preserve which overlooks the majestic Pacific Ocean and offers a unique and fun location for your mountain-biking adventure.
After checking in at the ranch, your friendly and knowledgeable guide will greet you for an overview of the route and fit you with a modern, all-terrain bike, helmet and gloves. Once equipped with your bike, your guide will lead you on a stunning ride through a unique and less traveled region of Cabo that very few visitors get to see.
As you ride along, listen to your guides as they teach you about the local flora and fauna of the area, including ancient cacti and plant life with natural healing properties. Keep an eye out for ospreys, red tail hawks, cara caras, California quails, roadrunners, chipmunks, deer and foxes. If traveling in the winter, you may even see humpback whales offshore!
After completing your biking adventure, you'll make a stop for some free time on a pristine beach before heading to the ‘casa tipica’ (traditional house) for refreshing flavored water and a home-cooked, traditional Mexican meal filled with regional flavors. We have a great time on our Mountain Bike Adventure, our hotel pick up was on time, easy to break off into our groups. We were bussed to our starting point, were we met our tour leaders, we have about 1.5 hours of biking, great sights, some trails were fairly technical. The buffet lunch was very good, lots to go around. Tequila tasting and tortilla making demonstrations were entertaining. Photographer was talented and a delight to have on our trip. Bussed back to Cabos, then shuttle to our hotel. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Maybe not quite as long a ride as advertised, but still very fun. The food afterward was fantastic!

The mountain biking tour was a tremendous success. We had the full range of mountain biking experience - from beginner to expert - and everyone had a super time. The coastal vistas and luncheon were terrific, but the guide, Jesus, is what made the entire event so special. Jesus was personable, informative, and really made the outing enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The Mountain Bike Adventure was a highlight of my trip with beautiful views of the ocean and a nice mountain bike trail. The guide was fun and helpful and the lunch was was great.

For the hills, the time frame it was, was ideal - however it would have been nicer to have gone longer with more flat added to it. The staff was great and well organized. Could have been more selection of food.
