Your day will start with a hotel pick-up. Then you will get ready to start your class at 9:30am.
Hands-on classes ensure you will leave prepared to recreate the dishes when you get home. There is no better way to get to know a place than through its food!
This small-group tour will let you get your hands-on to prepare a delicious dish. You will receive instructions in English, a recipe manual and a free gift bag. Lunch and drinks are also included.

Fantastic experience! Jane is a wealth of Mexican cooking, cultural and historical knowledge. The cooking school setting is serene and beautiful. You will make delicious food and will have a great time doing it.

The ride to the cooking class was very undesirable. But the cooking class and Jane were outstanding. Will share Jane's ideas and recipes with friends and family. Thank you Jane for a most memorable time.

My Wife and I took this class cooking class in Huatulco. We took the Friday class - making tortillas, sopes, and salsa. Loved the introduction by Jane the instructor. Learned about the culture and the surrounding area. Only 5 in the class which made it more personal.
Also made Jamica margaritas which I made some when I got home. They are amazing and refreshing.
Jane also emailed us the recipes of everything we made that day.
A taxi will pick you up at your hotel and bring you back after the 3 1/2 hour class.
Highly recommend this experience. -
WE had a fabulous time with Jane at her cooking school. Learned a lot about the region as well as the cooking. Best margarita I had all trip. I would highly recommend this.

This was so much fun! It was the highlight of our time in Huatulco. Not only did we prepare an amazing and delicious meal, but we learned about history and culture of the region. Loved that this class was hands-on! Jane instructor is fantastic!!! She explained the recipes and what we were to do in a easy-to-understand way. She has so much knowledge of the area, it was like taking a cooking class combined with an anthropology class. If you are looking for something unique/ fun/ interesting to do when you are in Huatulco, check this cooking class out---you will be so glad you did!!

Four of us were lucky enough to take the Mexican Street Food workshop with Jane and her wonderful staff. It was a terrific experience that was only enhanced by Jane's knowledge of the area and her willingness to share that with us. If you are looking for a hands-on experience that is fun and informative and provides you with a glimpse into the authentic Mexico, I would suggest this!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class with Jane! She is a great story teller, and a great cooking coach. Enjoyed the company, conversation and great tastings! Highly recommend. And she is soon opening a new cooking school.
