We were taken to the spot to get our transport and told clearly how to effect our return to the airport at the end of our trip.

We were handled quite well once we found the people but we realized ALOT of people can get transfer's Alot CHEAPER .We did not see the representative when we got to the ELCozumeleno Hotel because we aren't there for tours we have been to this hotel ALOT.So it was a hassle to get my transfer back they took care of it at the airport but not knowing if they would was a worry

We missed our flight to Cozumel so didn't even use the shuttle on the first day, on the return trip to the airport the company had us use a taxi to the airport then a rep met us at the airport to pay the taxi. In hindsight, I should have just used the taxi's and not booked this transfer.

Pick up at the airport and transfer to our Zone 2 hotel worked out well once we found the tour operator outside of the airport. Keep in mind this is not a private transfer. You will get pulled away by other operators as you leave the secure area so don't get caught up with them. Say no thank you and keep looking for the tour operator. If you follow the instruction on your voucher you will be fine. When we arrived at the hotel and arranged our return trip with the same tour company, they gave us a return voucher and told us just to get a taxi on the day of departure and when your arrive at the airport you must find the tour company who then pays the taxi driver. In our situation, the taxi driver saw our voucher and told us we need to be prepared to pay if the tour operator is not there. We told him we would pay him but it made the trip a bit uncomfortable for us. It is best to call the tour operator and make sure they will be at the airport to pay the taxi driver. They were at the airport as promised and it worked out just fine.

I thought this was going to be a Private Transfer and they loaded us into a van with 10 other people- not private!! and had to take register at resort for transfer at the end of trip back to airport even though I gave all info online when I made reservation- They also need you to take taxi back to airport at the end of trip!

Very efficient and nice and straight to the point and once you get to the airport. They are very easy to find and get you straight to your resort, once settled in at the resort they came back to plan your return to the airport transportation...

This is very expensive for what you get. On Cozumel, the cabs are very reasonable, organized and well managed and more than 1/3 the cost 7-10 for 3 people one way for a cab this service was 25 ea person tip and more convenient than waiting for the shuttle to fill so you can leave and stop at every hotel along the way.
